Am I allowed to wear pants around the house infront of my parents and siblings since I am not leaving the home? Can I wear pants while doing tefillah and learning Torah at home?

Questions along these lines are best addressed more personally, so that a response can take specifics of a situation and a community into account. Our response is meant as a general discussion of the relevant issues.

If the pants fit the parameters of tzeniut outlined by Rav Eliyahu Henkin and Rav Nachum Rabinovitch in our piece here, then there is no constraint on wearing them around the home.

If the pants do not meet those parameters, then wearing them at home in front of male family members who are not young children may raise general tzeniut concerns, depending on the style of the pants. While it is always appropriate to think with sensitivity about how we appear, the accepted practice is to adopt more relaxed standards at home with our immediate family.

Wearing pants for tefilla depends on whether they would be considered respectful attire in your community when meeting someone important. This standard applies to all articles of clothing, though, not only pants.
